The City established the Malvern Water and Sewer Commission to govern Malvern Water Works. The Commission has five members who serve eight-year terms on a staggered basis. Each month the Commission meets to review the progress of projects, budget and finances, water and sewer system updates, consider new improvements and other business as may be necessary. 

Water Commission meetings are open for public attendance.

Regularly scheduled meetings are held in the Malvern Water Works Business Offices at 5:30 PM on the third Monday of each month unless otherwise advertised in the Malvern Daily Record. 

If you would like to appear before the Commission you should request to be placed on the Agenda seven days in advance. Your request should be written and include your name, address, phone number and the subject you wish to address. Address such requests to:
