Malvern Water Works
RESIDENTIAL WATERING POLICY

If you are going to water your lawn (or fill a pool), you must first contact the Malvern Water Works Office prior to beginning the water usage each year. The name, address and date will be noted and the usage will be considered from that date forward.

No back adjustments will be made for any reason.

The water usage must be 25,000 gallons or more. At that point, the charge will be for 15,000 gallons on the sewer rate only. No matter how many thousand gallons above 25,000 are used, the sewer rate will remain constant at the rate for 15,000 gallons.
